Jessica Hatheway

Ms. Hatheway joined Daré Bioscience in 2022 and serves as the company’s Vice President of Clinical Operations. She has been a Clinical Trial Project Manager for more than 15 years with experience in various indications including: women’s health, infectious disease, endocrinology, rare disease and phase I oncology.

Ms. Hatheway served as a Program Director of Women’s Health at Health Decisions CRO focusing on male and female contraception, vaginosis and device studies. She also held the position of Global Study Manager at Roche Diagnostics where she managed trials in a variety of indications, including large-scale and global diagnostic trials that resulted in successful 510(k)s and CLIA waivers. She has experience in global trials involving sites in North America, Latin America, Asia-Pacific and the European Union. She also has experience in trials in neonate and pediatric populations.

Ms. Hatheway holds an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University and a BA in Clinical Laboratory Science from Indiana State University. She is also certified as a Clinical Research Associate from the Association of Clinical Research Professionals.
