John Fair

Mr. John Fair joined Daré Bioscience, Inc. in 2018 and currently serves as Chief Commercial Officer where he is responsible for driving the company’s global commercial and business strategy and executing on Daré’s mission of delivering meaningful medicinal innovation to women everywhere. Mr. Fair leads commercial strategy and execution across all geographies in Daré’s therapeutic areas of focus which include contraception, menopause, fertility, reproductive and sexual health.

From October 2016 to April 2018, Mr. Fair was Managing Director of Capital F Consulting, a privately held healthcare consulting firm. From January 2015 to September 2016, Mr. Fair was President and Chief Operating Officer of Evofem LLC, a privately held specialty healthcare company developing products for women’s health and infectious disease. From December 2012 to December 2014, Mr. Fair held senior level roles at Evofem LLC, and its global product distribution partner, WomanCare Global. Previously, Mr. Fair served in a number of executive level roles for publicly traded and privately held healthcare services businesses focused on pharmaceutical brand strategy, insights and market intelligence.

Mr. Fair began his career as a pharmaceutical brand strategy and communications consultant and supported the launch, commercialization and market pull-through of numerous pharmaceutical brands.

Mr. Fair holds a master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania, Perelman School of Medicine and a bachelor’s degree from Rider University and has completed executive education in corporate strategy at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
